Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy designed to promote deep relaxation and holistic wellness. This soothing treatment involves a gentle stream of warm oil poured over the forehead, helping to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve mental clarity, and restore balance. It is good for brain health and nourishment by enhancing blood circulation to the brain. Â It can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, stress, worry, fear, fatigue, headache and hypertension. It is beneficial for those suffering from depression as it regulates mood and gives feelings of pleasure and relaxation. Includes face, neck, and scalp massage and time for rest.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that not all requested appointment times are confirmed until you receive a confirmation message. Please wait for confirmation before assuming the time is reserved. We understand that situations may arise leading to a canceled appointment. We kindly request that you provide 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If you have difficulty rescheduling or cancelling please contact us within the 48 hour window. Deposits will not be refunded, but can be used towards another service. If 48 hours notice is not provided, you will forfeit your deposit. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. A 2.9% fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
