It involves the transfer of universal life energy from practitioner to patient through gentle non invasive touch or by hovering the hands just above the body. Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces stress and supports the body's natural healing processes. This helps to balance the body's energy centers and facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. *Please wear comfortable clothing.*
