Cancellation Policy
Please note that not all requested appointment times are confirmed until you receive a confirmation message. Please wait for confirmation before assuming the time is reserved. We know that situations may arise leading to a cancelled appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. If you have difficulty rescheduling or cancelling online, please contact us within the 48 hour window. A 2.9% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
